The United Kingdom has four different nations, and it is

              Scotland                                                                                           Ireland 


Each nation has different flag, and each flag refers to a kind of flower. For example, England flag refers to,,

In the end, those four nations are also known as The British Isles. Each nation has different government, history, traditions and it is own accent.
