Time Management

Time Management

Nowadays, Most people have some difficulties in managing their time. In fact, I find some difficulties two. However, I have a small list of things that helps me in managing my time. Firstly, I must wake up earlier everyday and try to not sleep late. Then, I must  draw a timetable for all my works from the morning till the night, and I mentioned managing my sleeping time first, because if I didn't manage it first it could affect my time table. Finally, I must  do all my works on time as I have written in my time table.
In conclusion, many people could avoid wasting their time by doing these three steps.

Teamwork

Teamwork

Last week in the class, we were separated to groups of three people, the idea behind that was to improve our teamwork skills. Teamwork means merging all the group ideas and experiences to get better ones under one framework. In my group when we started working, we found some strength points and weaknesses. An examples of our strength is that when we were given the questions paper we started to share our ideas straight away. Another thing is that we put two rules for our group. Firstly, we most respect each others. The second rule is that everyone most listen to all others ideas, so we might come up with a new one.
On the other hand, we had a few weaknesses. One of them was that some students were less active than others. At the end, me and my group did well enough to finish all the questions, actually we enjoyed it.

A new government had been created in Britain on the 6th of may called Labor Party. Since 1997 the two prime ministers Gordon Brown and Tony Blair had been in Power, but they had been replaced by the coalition between the Liberal Democrats and the conservatives party. David Cameron who was the leader of the conservatives became the new prime minister. Since the end of the second world war in 1945 the Labor had been in power, so Liberal Democrats formed part of the government and it was the first time in 65 years.
The conservatives have tended to favour the free market, privatization and low taxation. In the last ten or fifteen years the distance between the two parties has decreased. In the genetal election the conservatives won with 36%, Labour 29%, and the Lib Dems 23% of the votes, other votes were shared by smaller parties. Of the 650 seats in  the British parliament, the conservation  won 306, Labour 258, and the Lib Dems 57. Since 1974, for the first time no party had a majority.

The Welsh Assembly

The Welsh Assembly

The changes that was made in the 2011 welsh assembly referendum was regarding the ability to extend the law-making powers of the National Assembly for Wales to be extended to all matters in the 20 subject areas, which include: agriculture, education, training and economic development. As a result of the election process that had taken place at 3rd of March 2011, the results were declared by the following day showing a 63.49% acceptance for extending the law making power of the Welsh Assembly. Before the referendum, the Assembly used to make its own laws on some matters, however, for other matters the Assembly used to had to ask the UK Parliament to transfer the power to them. Nevertheless, now the Welsh Assembly government and the Assembly can make laws for wales on all subject matters without the permission from the UK Parliament first, therefore, this represented a substantial development in the Welsh devolution.

EU members

The advantages and the disadvantages
of being a member of the European Union

After the second world war, a unique economic and political partnership has been created between 27 European countries, which cover almost all the continent.
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/74/EU_flags.jpg
The first flag in the picture above is the flag of the EU, and the other flags refers to the members. That cooperation has many benefits, however it has some detriments as well.

These are some of the benefits,,
The citizens have the right to travel freely and work in any countries of the EU members. Another thing is the currency, there is no need for other businesses to exchange the currencies, since it is the same in each of the EU members.

On the other hand, there are some disadvantages and they are,,
The safety has been budged, because there is no checks carried out at the borders between the EU members, it is not safe. Finally, the most dangerous disadvantage is that it is hard to have an agreement or to make a decision because of the huge number of members.
